International Leadership Academy of the LAZARUS UNION

„Academia São Lázaro de Estudos Cavalheirescos e Humanitários (ASLECH)“
THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY IS THE CENTRAL TRAINING INSTITUTION FOR THE TRAINING OF OFFICERS OF THE LAZARUS UNION.
To standardise the internal instruction for staff officers the “LAZARUS UNION Leadership Academy“ was established effect 1. December 2015 by the Founder and General Plenipotentiary (ret.) Senator Prof.h.c.
Wolfgang Steinhardt.
Task of this academy is to convey standardised “knowledge modules“ regarding the LAZARUS UNION to officers and high-ranking NCOs. It is not an academic study and do not have academic grades!
Our largest group member, CSLI Brazil, has already been accredited as a United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) full member of the United Nations Academic Academy of Sciences and Humanities (ASLECH) – a United Nations initiative to help universities and research institutes with the United Nations United Nations and reconciled with each other – achieved. In line with the International Responsibility of the Lazarus Union, we have therefore agreed that the LAZARUS UNION Leadership Academy, as deanery of ASLECH, will take on the task of officer training for the Lazarus Union.
Officers of this level have command and example functions and therefore must have the appropriate knowledge or be able to show it, and for staff officers it should be a matter of course anyway. Nobody on the one hand is and will be forced to be an officer of the Lazarus Union, but on the other hand it cannot be expected that the Lazarus Union appoints officers without the corresponding prerequisites.
Therefore, the responsible commanders are asked to make sure that the corresponding modules have been completed positively before submitting or submitting for the assignment of an officer rank or promotion. Without this positive knowledge test, the highest rank currently awarded is “Ensign” (and the appropriate ranks).
The Academy is currently under the authority of the General Secretariat.
